Mat clips are a great thin to de-salt the floormats and you can't do that at a drive through wash. Typical Rochester level of maintenance with some control switch settings non functional. Good pressure, roomy bays.

Place is close by to home. I like spraying car down but they do offer touch free and soft touch options. Only negative is he increased price from $3 to $4 for spray wash. Vacuums are terrible also

Don't waste your money on the automated car wash. Paid 15 dollars to get the top half of my car washed while the bottom half went UNTOUCHED. Just go to delta sonic or somewhere else. If you're the one doing the washing, sure it fine but the automated systems here are garbage. Attached photos are less than 4 hours after being "washed" I have called about 6 times. All straight to voicemail. I appreciate the offer but I'm going to pass. Thanks

Poor customer service. Got shut off early without warning and when I told the guy working there he questioned me like I was lying... really for 3 bucks..! I didn't have time to rewash (this is what the guy offered) and I simple didn't have the time. I was already running late. Bottom line is the don't refund a bad wash like they say they do. To bad. It was a perfect opportunity to win me over. Better to say here's your 3 dollars back and see me the next time and the wash is on me... missed opportunity. What business wants bad social media out there...? I don't get it

Attempted to use the automated soft touch wash station, paid, but the machine didn't turn on. I selected my option, then hit "Refund" as instructed to get my receipt, then nothing happened (including no dispensed receipt). I tried going into the garage to test if it was ready.. nothing happened. Exited then did a circle around the wash and entered again thinking I missed a sensor.. nothing happened again. Then I tried checking the pay station and it was ready to start a new order. Spent $10.80 for nothing.
